The task involves protecting the Seve Dam Lake and the Konak Pond, which are located within the borders of Kilis Province, the central district, and the Polateli district, by ensuring the provision of drinking water. This includes evaluating the features of the water source and the basin through scientific studies to determine conservation areas, protecting and improving the water quality and quantity of the Seve Dam Lake and Konak Pond basins on a basin basis. It requires identifying their social, economic, physical, geological, hydrogeological, hydromorphological, ecological, and chemical characteristics based on scientific data and preparing the "Seve Dam Lake Basin Protection Plan".

Pollutant Sources Affecting Water Quality: Domestic Wastewater, Solid Waste, Industrial Pollutants, Non-Point Source Pollutants
Within the scope of the Final Report:
Determination and Modelling of Water Quality, Determination of Groundwater and Surface Water Quality, Water Quality Monitoring Program (including sampling points, sampling frequency and parameters to be analyzed), Pollutant Map, short, medium and long-term measures are taken considering the existing pressures and impacts to protect, improve and reduce water quality and quantity.
Within the scope of the Protection Plan:
General Provisions, Reservoir Protection Principles, Protection Areas and Protection Principles, Discharge Standards, Monitoring the Implementation of Measures, Legal and Administrative Structure, Protection Area Map.
