Kızılcapınar Baraj Gölü Havzası Koruma Planının Hazırlanması
The task involves the protection of the Kızılcapınar Dam Lake and the water sources feeding the dam lake located within the boundaries of the Ereğli District of Zonguldak Province, ensuring the supply of drinking and utility water to the Ereğli District of Zonguldak Province. This includes determining protection areas by evaluating the characteristics of the water source and its basin through scientific studies, maintaining and improving the water quality and quantity of the Kızılcapınar Dam Lake on a basin basis, and preparing the "Kızılcapınar Dam Lake Basin Protection Plan" based on scientific data regarding social, economic, physical, geological, hydrogeological, hydromorphological, ecological, and chemical characteristics.

Determination and Modeling of Water Quality, Assessment of Groundwater and Surface Water Quality, Water Quality Monitoring Program (a water quality monitoring program including sampling points, sampling frequency, and parameters to be analyzed), Pollutant Map, short, medium, and long-term measures are taken considering the existing pressures and effects to protect, improve, and reduce water quality and quantity.
