This project aims to prepare and submit construction and operational administrative and technical specifications, a draft contract, and preliminary feasibility study documents to the relevant institutions in order to be able to tender for the establishment and operation of a long-term Integrated Solid Waste Management System within the BİÇAY Region using the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model.
