The submission of the IPA application file for the Wednesday Wastewater Project, revised in accordance with EU standards, to the IPA II, and the preparation of consultancy and construction contract specifications.
The overall aim of the project is to accelerate Turkey's accession to the European Union and to ensure compliance with European Union (EU) directives and to reach a good level in environmental protection. The purpose of the technical assistance contract is to help Turkey prepare investment project packages that will be proposed for joint financing under the Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) from among priority projects.
The Samsun Çarşamba Wastewater Project; is included in the project "Technical Assistance for Preparing Turkey Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects (TR/0504.03/SRV/001)" which was tendered by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, pertaining to the preparation of necessary documents for the construction of wastewater treatment plants in 15 different settlements.
This work consists of two stages:
It includes the Feasibility Study Revision, Design Report, Environmental Impact Assessment, and IPA Application Form.
It includes the preparation of the Tender Documents for Consultancy Services and the preparation of the Tender Documents for Construction Works.
