The aim of the project is to provide consultancy services for financing and investment planning for sustainable development projects in different sectors to AFD. The purpose of the mission is to present a comprehensive gap analysis of the current state of sustainable water management in Turkey and improvement suggestions. An assessment of existing key elements such as policies, regulations, institutions, and practices has been conducted, as well as an evaluation of compliance and implementation levels with respect to the international sustainable water management policy framework, primarily that of the EU.
Definition of the actual services provided by your personnel within the scope of the task:
Sustainable water management (e.g. freshwater resources, wetlands, etc.) and infrastructure (e.g. wastewater treatment, irrigation) addressing national actions and gaps in the face of the international and EU agenda
