The engineering services have been provided for the "Second Urban Infrastructure Project - Reconstruction of Wastewater and Sludge Treatment Plants in Kharkiv City" Technical Proposal, and the financial and technical proposals have been prepared on behalf of the Employer, Doğuş İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. Within the scope of this project, the conceptual design of the "Wastewater and Sludge Treatment Plants in Kharkiv City" has been carried out by evaluating both existing Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) according to their new design flow rates.
The following tasks have been carried out within the scope of conceptual design:
New hydraulic capacities have been determined according to the minimum and maximum design flow rates.
The process design of existing WWTP units has been verified according to the new hydraulic capacities.
Following the verification of the WWTP units (WWTP No1 and No2), necessary modifications and new designs of the units have been carried out where required.
New Sludge Treatment Plants, including sludge digestion, have been designed.
The existing electromechanical equipment has been evaluated, and equipment replacements have been identified.
Capacities for new electromechanical equipment have been selected.
