A feasibility report has been prepared for the establishment of a "Wastewater Recovery Plant" aimed at reusing wastewater as process water. Additionally, Consultancy Studies have been carried out regarding the Tender Documentation and the evaluation of Bidders within the scope of the Project.
The services provided during the project are as follows:
Determination of the Recovery Facility Capacity: Identification of the water quality required by the industrial establishments operating within the organized industrial zone.
Comparison of Alternatives for the Recovery System: Evaluation of treatment technologies in accordance with the required water quality.
Transmission System of Recovery Water: Conducting feasibility studies for storage, pump, and pipeline for the recovery water transmission line.
Conceptual Design of Recovery: Performing design calculations of the process, drawing plan-sections and 3D models, preparing equipment lists and brand recommendations, determining chemical consumption.
Economic Analysis: Determining the initial investment and operating costs of the system whose dimensions have been determined, calculating the return period of the facility investment according to possible tariffs.
Preparation of Specifications for Tendering Works: Preparation of all necessary documents for the construction work of the facility to be tendered by the Employer and to evaluate the bids in a healthy way.
Evaluation of Tender Proposals: Evaluation and reporting of the bids tendered and received by the Employer in terms of technical and financial aspects.
